How it works

2. Receive email - You’ll receive an email with redemption instructions
3. Forward to recipient - Forward the email to the lucky gardener.
4. They redeem - The recipient follows the instructions to activate their subscription on their device.

Note: Currently there is a limitation where the redemption link expires one hour after the email is sent. If the link is clicked after an hour, a new link will be sent to the purchaser email.

Things to note

• Subscriptions can only be redeemed once.
• Subscriptions must be redeemed on a mobile device (not on the web). After redemption, the subscription will work across all devices, including the web app!
• This link can also be used to purchase a subscription for yourself, but if you already have Planter installed, it’s easiest to subscribe directly within the app.
