About Polaris

Polaris is early fruiting variety developed in Minnesota. Plants are cold-hardy, early ripening and great companion to Northblue or Northsky. The berries are aromatic and very sweet. Fall foliage is red and blooming in white during the spring. For best pollination and fruit set, plant Polaris alongside other cold hardy varieties. Northern highbush and Half-High blueberries require 800 to 1000 chill hours to set fruit.
