These early-to-arrive, pretty, dark-green, mini-cabbages are delectable roasted, steamed or blanched, their rich, nutty flavor nicely complementing roast pork or the Holiday turkey. Early- to mid-season sprout producing smooth, round, well-spaced, tasty, bright dark-green buttons from October onwards through the winter. Plants show good resistance to stem mildew, leaf spot and alternaria.
