This early-maturing collard variety develops quickly and uniformly, producing an abundance of wavy, slightly crinkled blue-green leaves. It yields sweet-flavored baby leaves when harvested young, or sweet, crisp mature leaves suitable for market bunching. Highly productive, this variety features rapid regrowth, making it excellent for continuous "cut and come again" harvesting for salads and sandwiches. Additionally, it offers good bolt resistance and its flavor is enhanced by gentle frosts.
