The very first yellow sweet corn introduced by Burpee in 1902-an era when white corn, thought to be more refined, ruled the American dinner table. Still the standard for old-fashioned corn flavor, 5 stalks often bear two (highly roastable) ears apiece. Suited for early planting, thrives in cold soils.
