About Japanese

Also known as boniato potatoes, these sweet potatoes are very sweet. They should be grown in soil mixed with organic matter and a pH of about 5-6. They can be grown from seeds, or from slips of a fully grown potato, by adding slips to a pot of water in the sun, and waiting for roots to emerge.
