About Anenome-flowered and Collarette
Anenome blooms have a pincushion of tubular florets at the center, surrounded by several rows of more traditional petals. Collarette dahlias have two different petal lengths: an outer row of standard petals and an inner row of short, frilly petals. Since they grow to only 30in (76cm), they are usually grown for beds and containers, or use in short arrangements.
