A subtle, mild tasting garlic variety developed for the California garlic industry, this is the very popular garlic that many people enjoy. This variety is very adaptable and grows in a variety of climates. Its tight coarse tunics make for a long storage life of up to 6 months. Harvest fall planted garlic the following season, late spring or early summer, about 240 days from planting. Harvest spring planted garlic the same season, about 90 days from planting. Averages 6 cloves per bulb. Softneck variety.
