Chinese Pink is the earliest to harvest in spring when planted the previous fall. You can have garlic at least a month earlier than main season varieties. Has a deliciously strong flavor with a mild heat, making it great for baking. Harvest fall planted garlic the following season, late spring or early summer, about 210 days from planting. Harvest spring planted garlic the same season, about 90 days from planting. This turban garlic is best consumed within 2-4 months of harvest. Averages 11 cloves per bulb. Hardneck variety.
