About Thai Fire

Thai Fire is a Turban garlic from Bangkok with rich complex flavor. Nut brown to royal purple colored bulb covers give way to cloves that gradually increase in heat intensity from first bite. Turbans are among the earliest harvesting garlic but will sprout quickly, within a couple months of harvest. Harvest fall planted garlic the following season, late spring or early summer, about 240 days from planting. Harvest spring planted garlic the same season, about 90 days from planting. Averages 7 cloves per bulb. Hardneck variety.
