About Saint Theresa
Once upon a vine. Grape fanciers-and we are many-are smitten with this delectable early-season purple grape. Virtually seedless, St. Teresa produces an abundance of great big clusters of sweet, flavor-rich slip-skinned fruit in early September. Vigorous vines flourish prettily on arbor or screen. A top table grape from Elmer Swensons legendary breeding program in Wisconsin, self-pollinating variety is cold-hardy to -30 F. Low to moderate water needs; tolerant of alkaline soil.
