About Early White Vienna

'Early White Viennas' round, luminous light-green, planetary bulbs are packed with creamy white, tender flesh with a sweet turnipy flavor. 19th century heirloom's crisp, juicy flesh and younger leaves are delectable raw or steamed. Harvest bulbs as soon as they're apple-sized- just over 2" in diameter. Will continue producing throughout the summer. Heat-tolerant.
