About Red Oak
This lettuce needs 1-2 in. of water a week. Leaves should be harvested as soon as they’ve reached a desirable size, as if they grow too long they can start to taste woody. Leaving a 1 inch stub of the lettuce will allow it to grow leaves a second time.
