This vigorous mustard variety produces large, bright green leaves with distinctive crumpled and frilled edges. Prized for its superior cold tolerance and excellent bolt resistance, it offers a mild, mustardy flavor enjoyable raw in salads or cooked through stir-frying and sautéing. Plants mature young leaves in about 50 days, or more mature leaves in 70, and are an excellent candidate for preserving by freezing or canning.
