This *Capsicum baccatum* variety, originating from Peru, produces abundant thin-walled, conical fruits that ripen to a bright lemon yellow, occasionally with a subtle purple blush. Delivering 30,000-50,000 Scoville Heat Units, it offers a clean, distinctly citrusy flavor with a noticeable lemon aroma when cut. These prolific 2 to 3-inch fruits contain very few seeds, making them excellent for drying, seasoning, jellies, and preserves, though they require approximately 100 days to mature.
