About Fingerling Collection

Fingerlings are heritage potatoes with long, knobby finger-like shapes, much smaller than regular potatoes. This choice collection includes Yellow Russian Banana (banana-shaped with light yellow skin and flesh), Purple Fingerling, Magic molly (purple skin and purple flesh) and buttery-fleshed Princess Laratte (tear-drop shaped with tender tan edible skin and creamy, buttery flesh).
