This indeterminate variety is highly prolific, yielding abundant, large fruits that transition from pale green to a brilliant, electric purple; the color deepens with sun exposure and permeates the entire fruit. Considerably sweeter and milder than traditional green tomatillos, they offer a unique sweet-tart flavor perfect for fresh eating, vibrant salsas, grilling, or as a taco topping. Due to their self-incompatible nature, plant at least two together for successful fruit production.
