This tomatillo variety yields abundant, large (3-4 ounce), globe-shaped, apple-green fruits noted for their sweet, bright flavor, making them excellent for salsa verde. The medium-sized, determinate plants offer very high production and require no staking. Maturing in 85 days, fruits typically fall from the plant when ripe. As they are not self-fertile, plant at least two for optimal fruit production.
