(Solanum lycopersicum). Mid-season maturity. A dazzling sunset-blushed paste tomato with a unique fruit shape, reminiscent of a tulip flower! This flavor is exquisite, thanks to a nice balance of sweetness and richness. Sturdy vines average 6.5 feet tall with thick stems and trusses of about 5 to 7 fruit per truss. The meaty, thick-walled fruit average 5 to 10 ounces each, with some fruit being slightly ruffled. Excellent for fresh eating, sauces, paste, catsup, and stuffing.
