Green Envy
Bred for firm, non-soggy fried green tomatoes, this indeterminate variety also produces sweet, tangy emerald fruits.
About Green Envy
This indeterminate plant produces an abundance of 1-inch, oblong emerald green fruits throughout the summer. Mature fruits offer a meaty, tangy, sweet, and juicy flavor, making them excellent raw, baked, grilled, or in salsas. Uniquely, this variety is specifically bred for frying while firm and immature, preventing sogginess and providing a crisp texture with a subtle green apple-like taste.
