Welcome to Planter! This guide will help you get started with planning your first garden.
Download the App
Planter is available on multiple platforms:
- iOS - Download from the App Store
- Android - Download from Google Play
- Web - Use the web app
Create Your First Garden
- Open Planter and tap the + button
- Enter a name for your garden
- Set the dimensions of your garden bed
- Start adding plants!
Adding Plants
To add plants to your garden:
- Tap on an empty square in your garden
- Browse or search for a plant
- Tap the plant to add it
Using Quick Plant
Quick Plant lets you rapidly fill your garden:
- Select a plant from the panel
- Tap multiple squares to add that plant
- Tap a different plant to switch
Setting Your Location
Setting your location helps Planter calculate accurate planting dates:
- Go to Settings > Location
- Search for your city or enter your ZIP code
- Your frost dates will be automatically calculated
