Planter now supports row spacing and triangular or offset spacing, in addition to square foot spacing.
Note: The ability to use row spacing and triangular spacing is a Planter Premium feature.

Select a Planting Area
Enable corner multi-select then tap the top-left corner of the desired planting area and the bottom-right corner to define a rectangular space to plant.
Note: Row planting can only be used in rectangular planting areas.

Open Add Plants Menu
Tap the green "+ ADD PLANTS" button at the bottom-right of the screen.

Choose Row Planting
From the "Add Plants" dialog, select "Row Planting".

Open Select a Plant Menu
On the "Add Row Planting" screen, tap the pencil icon next to "Select plant" to open the Select a Plant menu.

Select a Plant
Scroll through, search, or filter the plant list to select a plant for row planting.

Set Row Direction
Select "Horizontal" to set the row planting horizontally across the selected space. Select "Vertical" to set the row planting vertically.

Optional: Use Offset (Triangle) Spacing
In the Add Row Planting menu, turn on the Triangle Spacing switch to enable offset spacing. Offset spacing allows plants to be spaced more densely without being crowded.

Set Between-Row Spacing
Tap a spacing option under "Row Spacing" to set the distance between rows (or select "Custom" to define a custom between-row spacing).

Set In-Row Plant Spacing
Tap a spacing option under "Row Plant Spacing" to set the distance between plants in the row (or select "Custom" to define a custom in-row spacing).
Create Row Planting
Tap the "Create" button to finalize and add the row planting to your garden layout.
- View and Edit Row Planting Settings
To view and edit the settings for an existing row planting, tap anywhere inside the row planting area then tap "Edit".
- Remove a Row Planting
To remove a row planting, tap anywhere inside the row planting area then tap the "Compost" button.
