Looking for plant varieties with certain characteristics? Use variety tags to filter plant varieties and find seed companies offering those varieties! Or, filter by seed company to see which varieties your favorite seed company offers!

Open the Varieties Filter Menu
In the Varieties tab for a specific plant, tap the funnel-shaped "Filter" icon located at the top of the screen to open the filtering options.

Filter by Seed Company
In the filter menu, select the checkbox next to a seed company to see which varieties that seed company offers for that plant.
Note: Companies listed under "Planter Partners" section have an affiliate agreement with Planter. Companies listed under "Other Sources" do not.

Filter By Variety Characteristics
Filter varieties by their characteristics to find the perfect varieties for your garden! Variety characteristic filters will vary from plant to plant. In this example (tomatoes) the "Growth Habit" options were expanded and "Determinate" was selected. Multiple filters can be selected to either expand or further restrict the variety list.

See Variety Details and Buy Seeds
Scroll down the list of filtered varieties to find a variety of interest. Tap the downward-pointing arrow icon next to its description to expand the full details. Click the shopping cart icon associated with the variety to see the seed company sources for that variety.

Navigate to the Seed Company Website
In the "Purchase Seeds" pop-up, tap a seed company name to navigate to the external vendor's website.
